While the bulk of our offerings are built for anyone seeking tools and understanding for psychological safety in the creative workspace, we know so many of you come to us curious about the path to certification! In this post, we're excited to share a handy dandy infographic to help navigate our trainings and determine the way forward that makes sense for you.

Frequently Asked Questions:
"What if I'm a licensed or trained mental health/psychology professional?"
Our curriculum will cover material you may already encounter on a regular basis, but we have a specific focus not only on the entertainment industry and creative workspace, but also on an agency-forward, resiliency-building model that is not universally applied in clinical settings.
"Once I've gotten started, will my pre-requisites expire?"
Not at the moment -- in fact, we encourage folks to take some time between trainings to apply the skills they learn. If you are concerned about your pre-requisites qualifying for certification, please reach out to us via email.
"What if I don't want to be a Mental Health Coordinator?"
Many of the skills and concepts introduced and explored across our trainings are applicable in any workspace, especially creative ones! Our work is not about training Mental Health Coordinators. Our is work is about promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and a great way to do that is by offering curriculum for EVERYONE!
Please note that as our organization grows and adjusts, so will our offerings! We do our best to maintain consistency across all avenues of information, but if you see a discrepancy or need clarification, don't hesitate to reach out to info@associationmhc.com.
